Samsung's new smartphone Galaxy Victory 4G LTE is now available since September 16 on Sprint. This device sells at only $100 with a new line or eligible upgrade and two-year contract after a $50 rebate, according to the news.

The Galaxy Victory 4G LTE has the following features:

• Runs Android 4.0 Ice-Cream Sandwich OS.
• A 4.0'' WVGA touchscreen in 800*480 resolution.
• 1.2 GHz dual-core CPU, Qualcomm MSM8960 Snapdragon chipset and 1GB RAM.
• 5.0 MP rear-facing camera with LED flash and 1.3 MP front-facing camera for video chat.
• 4GB internal storage and a microSD card slot.
• 2,100 mAh battery.
• Google Wallet, a function allows user to make safe purchase with NFC (Near Field Communication) on this smartphone.
• Sprint ID, a feature to customize Android smartphones with different apps, ringtones, themes, etc based on different interests.
